Technical Support for one-year.
Standard Technical Support provides unlimited technical
support related to configuration, set-up, security,
usage, and functionality of Weberon's products and projects.
Standard Technical Support is available for the most
current version of the solution deployed by Weberon. If your questions are not answered through
our extensive help, please use:

When our customers experience issues that are NOT critical,
the preferred way to get your issue resolved is, to send
an email to support@weberon.com.
We will respond within 24 hours during business days.
Chat with Support:
End-users with valid username and password can initiate
a Live
Chat with a support person to get questions answered
during business days from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
Web-based Support:
Client-designated Support Personnel can log issues through
Weberon's Customer
Support System directly to the concerned Customer
Support Manager for high priority.
We recommend that our customers sign-up for continued
maintenance for subsequent years, and avail free upgrades and
unlimited Standard Technical Support from Weberon TSC.
Customers requiring a higher level of support, may sign-up
for Premium
Support.
