Support Services : Per-Incident
Technical Support
Designed for customers who do not have an active
maintenance contract with Weberon, this plan provides
a "Pay-as-you-go" option to get technical issues
resolved utilizing the services of our support team. For
a flat fee per incident, you will be connected with a
Weberon support engineer, who will work with you to solve
any technical problem you may have.
Per-Incident Technical Support is provided at a flat rate
per incident, and can be purchased at the time of your
call using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
credit card. A 20% discount is awarded when you buy a
pack of "10 support incidents," and a 30% discount
when you buy multiple packs of "10 support incidents".
Note: A Support Incident
is defined as one or more phone calls to solve one issue.
Support incidents DO NOT EXPIRE and can be used any time.
While Per-Incident Technical Support is available to those
not covered under maintenance, Weberon recommends that
our clients take up either Standard
Support or Premium
Support to enjoy access to the Additional
